Quotas can be set within Filr but these appear to relate only to personal storage? and not to home folders if they are located on an external NCP volume on a NetFolder Server.

In the case where personal storage is no enabled, the data quota setting and the quota used values are presumably irrelevant but it would be nice if they could reflect the storage in use on the Home folder instead. So the filr proxy user could periodically set the quotas on the home folders to reflect that set within filr and read the space used on the home folder and update the filr database so that the indication of the quota and space used gives a correct indication of the home folder usage.

Obviously asking a lot at this stage but it would enhance the user experience where home folders are the only storage offered to the user (which is what we do).
