It is frustrating for users to work on a document and just recognize in the last minute that there is no permission to upload.

At this time user can see a shared file in desktop client (for example in structure "shared for me").
So may this user is going to work on a file without any chance to see that there are only viewer permissions.

User must have a comfortable chance to see if he can upload files or if there are only viewer permissions to avoid wasting time.
