It would be a great feature for the Filr Mobile Client to have the ability to select a custom folder to upload.
Use case with respect to this idea:

We have a customer using mobile note taking app.
This app allows exporting notes as PDF to folder on the mobile device.
However, these exports need to be uploaded manually.
