My users are continually running over their quotas. We have a group of semi-autonomous users who each maintain their own accounting records with Sage 50 accounting. Every time they make an entry, it updates the accounting file, leaving a 20MB previous version in trash, taking up quota.

I'd like a way to administratively delete any trash older than X days, or to selectively delete an individual user's trash.

  • Also appreciated here, especially the "Delete older than X Days" should be a default administrative option, and additionally, the user should also be able for example to delete everything older than 120 days when selecting "delete all", make an additional question. The current Purging is horrible if you dont want to delete the files newer than 60 days.
