As feedback from users I got several request for Comments on Files that are Personal and not shared (by default) with everyone with rights on that file.

This feature was requested primarily by local government users. These council members want to work paperless with their mobile devices. In conference they need to make notes on the discussed documents which they access with Filr. The 'Comment' feature is not what they want to use.

I personally would like to call this function 'Notes'.

Optionally it would be great if we could allow users to keep these Notes synced with other solutions supporting Notes, like GroupWise/Exchange and Vibe leveraging (once existing) DataSynchronizer or another 'spider in the web' solution.
