Micro Focus Filr: add MSSQL command line utility

In TID https://www.novell.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7012569 we describe how to "maintain" the build in Admin PW.
To make things easier, especially when you are in trouble and you need access to the db immedialtely could it make sense to provide a MSSQL command line utility with the appliance. Sometimes SQL-DB-Admins only allow a communication between the appliance and the DB, so a SQL Client running at my admin desktop can not reach the db.
