When Filr is used as a solution for ad-hoc file transfers (as a replacement of e-mail attachments), an auto-cleanup is needed:
Files should be deleted x days after upload to Filr server. This would lead to both saving server disk space and keeping sensitive files to stay for too long on shared spaces.

There is an option in the outlook integration settings, under the Administration Console, to "Delete attachments stored in the Filr Outlook storage" older than x days.
