To create local users, create and assign Netfolder and Netfolder-servers and also to sync external users. If an API is implemented, a simple how-to for IDM using its SOAP driver would be great.

if you set something up to create "real" users in the directory structure rather than on the appliance, this is a piece of cake with entitlements
