Micro Focus Filr: Offer two installation packages for Office and Outlook

The new plugin 2.0.0 that ships with Filr 3.3.0 is a single installation file for both Office and Outlook. For customers who have just the standard licence the Outlook part is of no use. I might confuse users also. So an installation package providing the Office integration only will be welcome.

Agree! Additionally some customers only want to provide one of the plugins. So please allow choosing which plugins to install when running the installer.
