Micro Focus Filr: Allow uploading multiple files using "Upload the requested file" dialog

We need to be able to upload multiple files using the Request File dialog.

Noted Sebas - will consider this based on the interest.

The whole point to provide "File Request" capability was to help users upload one file to Filr without the need to create an account. For users who would be uploading mutliple files or need to upload files many a time - we could recommend using the external user approach.

I'd like this. We have a department which could use this feature (multiple files) when interacting with parents. They'd only do this once, so having another account for them would be superfluous and unneeded.

I would like this for job application site, they have more than one file to upload and mayby do not know to zip.
