Micro Focus Filr: Allow adding Comments with a document in View mode

While we do not have a simple way to edit documents we want users to add feedback using the Comment option. It would be great if we could allow the user to popup the action menu (containing the copy, open in, comment etc actions) when a document is in view mode. Something like leveraging long-press on the screen to popup the action menu, user then selects add 'Comment' and the Comments dialog pops up. Comments on documents can now be collected despite the document format.

While this already is possible, we discovered an IOS bug making us thing it was not. Still we would like to see things like
* ability to edit previous comments
* follow up on comments (discussion)
* hide/delete comments
* label and tag comments
