Description:
We need to enable all users comments to be received like an email and any replies to these mails should be posted as new comment against the File

Business Case :
1. User1 shares a File to set of users or loads a File to common folder
2. User1 posts a comment against this file. All the users associated with the folder and shared users receives this comment as an email
3. User2 replies to received email , the reply is added as a comment to the File and all associated users other than User2 receives a mail with user2's comment.
4. User3 posts a comment to the file via filr client , all associated users other than User3 receives an email with user3 comment.

5. If user3 is deprovisioned , he/she will not be part of the associated file folder. hence he or she will not be able to add comments and won't receive mails or sent replies.
6. If file is deleted, users can still have the discussion / comments archived in mail client.

Things to be Considered
1. We need to have basic e-mail server within Filr VA and enable the comments to be shared as emails to the external world

Advantage :
1. We can keep the collaboration in 'More real time & collaboration friendly' mail clients and Files in Filr.

2. We can also provide admin options to select the nature of email subject. Example: File Name as subject. Since mail thread is categorized based on Mail Clients' intelligence. We will not disrupt any mail client features.

3. We should be able to make Filr work against any mail Client (Outlook , Groupwise , etc ).
