In case, for whatever reason, the sync status of the Filr Client becomes wrong or corrupted (for example, Filr tries to sync up a file, but it will never succeed because the directory where the file was located no longer exists), it would be very helpful to have a button that would tell the Filr Client to re-compute it's sync status.
Right now, there are only two ways to do that :
1. De-install / re-install the Filr Client
2. Delete the "FilrMetaData.db" under the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Novell\Filr\<username>\ directory and restarting Filr (but this is tricky to do because, for good reasons, the user does not have enough rights to delete that file)
This is too cumbersome. Having an easy "Reset Filr sync status" button would make it possible for users to easily solve themselves a number of problems.

Makes a lot of sens. Would help customers to enjoy a better experience with the product
Noted.
I have mainly the problem in conjunction with OneNote and offline available. There are files (conflicting) witch are only in MetaData. OneNote see this files and open it, but can do nothing -> Resync, only online and offline again dose not solve the problem in all cases. So every 2-3 month i need the procedure described (in 2. - for IT professionals).
A Reset-Option is needed.
A second Option is also needed: With OneNote many times i have files not synced because "there exists a file on the server". Please give a easy option to solve sync-conflicts. I (the user) knows that the local oder the server-file is right and i want an option to tell filr witch file should win.
Experiencing this issue now, will likely try option #1, already tried option #2 but do not have permissions, even as Admin. Voted for and leaning on for pressure... ;-)
