Links as created with .lnk files on Windows server are often used as a convenient and, as compared to MS DFS, more flexible way to create a unified view for users on multiple Windows file systems. Currently Filr does not support such links and will show them as files instead of folders on the web interface.
Adding support for these links similar to the existing support for MS DFS will add value in AD environments with multiple Windows file servers. Without this access will only be possible by defining multiple Net Folders and thus presenting the users a different view on the file space than what they are used to see when connecting directly via CIFS to the file servers.

Noted Gunther.
same requirement with us- shortucts in Windows are syncronized as objects in Filr and not as shortcut to the destination folder.
We need shortuc integration between windows ntfs and filr sync
