Currently, Users can share a file via Filr outlook using a Filr plugin
It will be great if we can add the message typed in the mail as a comment to the shared file.
Any further replies to this mail thread (via outlook) can be added as comments to this file.
Any further comments added to file can be send as reply to this mail thread.
This can enable end-users to collaborate easily with mail clients and keep track of comments on files from any filr Clients (web,desktop, mobile & outlook plugin)
This can help Filr to leverage Outlook and other mail clients (in future) for better collaboration.
Note :
We can have an option or policy
1. To enable this feature
2. Maximum length of a Single Reply (beyond which we can be split into N comments (preferable) or truncate it)
3. Prevent External Users from replying
