At several sites we get the request from users to be able to manage file and folder email notifications of the users they share with. These users tend to forget to subscribe.

Current workflow:
- User A shares a file/folder with user B
- User B has to enable email notification to be able to get notified on file/folder changes

Requested workflow:
- User A shares a file/folder with user B;
* User A can now at that point manage email notification when sharing with user B, this by having additional checkboxes for direct update or a scheduled update.
* User A can manage email notification at the file/folder level of all users the file/folder is shared with. Now if you select File/Folder > Share you now not only can manage your own subscriptions, but also the file/folder manager can manage the subscriptions of the users the file/folder is shared with.

-User B does not have to enable email notifications to be notified. Only if he/she does not want those they can modify the subscription.

Advantage:
Users do not have to subscribe for file/folder changes, but just can unsubscibe if they like.
