Filr desktop client does not support the ability to switch Windows users. A full logout is required to login a new user and use his/her Filr account. I am adding this idea on behalf of a customer.
Customer comments:
There are about 5 to 7 researchers sharing 2 windows stations. Users are up and about dealing with various tasks. It reasonable to assume that they do not always log out of their own account and when another user needs access, they may need to use the "switch user" option to begin entering in information.
As we understand it, this is not currently supported but we can definitely see the benefit for it in multiuser environments.
