Currently the latest upgrades (3.1, 3.1.1 for example) are only available using online patching, in some environments we need upgrade the appliance but using only the offline patching - some users need it back

  Can you share some details on why online patching doesn't work for you (eg: is it that Filr system's don't have access to Internet, organizational policies etc)

• We noticed that there is no option to set a proxy server for filr's internet access. But as far as i know, this is a known problem and there is something in development (bug number 1033381)

• Thanks for the answer Devadas, in my case it wouldn't help for our internal policies (the server cannot be connected to internet)
