Currently, when a user opens a file it will see a huge dialog at the center of the screen with a progress bar showing the download progress.
Sometimes, the dialog even shows when the file is already open by an applications (example: open a doc file; winword is already showing the file but the dialog still pops up).
So, would be cool that:
- The dialog would be a smaller balloon at the corner
- The dialog could be dismissed by the user, either forever or each time a file downloads
- While at it, just show the dialog if a file download will take more than some seconds (ex.: if download is longer than 10 seconds)

Hi Ricardo,
The dialog being seen even after the file is opened is not expected. Could you share the details of system when this is seen for us to duplicate this in labs?
Would this issue be the only reason behind your idea?
