Micro Focus Filr: protect copy /screenshot when user view from Filr Web

now filr could block user download file, but user still could "View" file content on Web Browser , then copy content that he want.
whether we could add function let user "indeed" only view content, could not copy content or screenshot (I know screenshot is OS function so filr could not control screenshot function)

Yes, its challenging as the screenshot is a OS feature.

Would watermarking the file with a configurable banner/image be a good solution for this?

We are bringing in an option to enable watermarking in the planned online/coedit capability in Filr 4.1.
