Vibe has an Office-Addin that is really great and that is being used by lots of customers. It has features builtin like Co-Editing Support&Warnings, Document Locking, Opening&Saving files directly from/to Vibe etc. The Office-Addin talks to Vibe's SOAP/REST interfaces. There are of course a few things that Vibe does provide (and Filr doesn't). These include Versioning, document metadata etc. But it shouldn't be too complicated for the Dev team to port the code to also support Filr since the SOAP/REST interface shouldn't be that different, right?

• The plan is to investigate and bring in as many capabilities as we can in Filr 3.3 and thus am not guaranteeing that it would be exactly like what Vibe provides.
