When external user registers (when first time shared to) he gets confirmation mail which says:

Your access to the item is confirmed
<This is a link : >Sign in and access shared items
---
If he does not login using link provided in mail but instead trys to login in normal way he is not recognized as registered user.
It should be clearly stated in e-mail that this is a part of registration process.
I had users having problem with this issue.

You can edit the text and layout of the email, to what you wish, in the 'Email templates' in the Administration console. I think the one you need to edit is externalConfirmation.vm.

Hi Bojan, hope this workaround will be acceptable for now. We will revamp the UI/UX in Filr 4.0 and will make the experience clear and better.
