After a while there are thousands of external users created in a filr system. (most often more external than internal)

There should be a possibility to remove the inactive users after a while automatically instead of asking an administrator to delete them manually.

Could there be a policy added for an automatic removal of such inactive external users?
(i.e. send these users a warning that their account will be deleted after an inactive time of ~3 months and delete the user one month later automatically)

  • Very good idea and a very useful addition. For compliance reasons we have to get rid of these accounts in one way or another. Removing them manually is not an option.

  • It would also be useful to see when users were last active (both LDAP, internal and external users) in the User list. We can then look at who isn't using Filr and remove their access or retrain them.

  • Will this enter the road map at some point? We really do need such a function.
