Sharing directories with important files with a bunch of people can sometimes lead to data loss. To allow team members to add files the "contributor" share right is needed. With this right each user can delete all files.
Sometimes this happens by mistake. (eg. move files instead of copy). We need a paper bin at the server level so files can be easily restored.
