In filr only the owner of a shared folder can change permissions or invite other people to a folder.
Sometimes it is useful when other members of a shared folder can manage memberships of a shared folder, e.g. when the owner is on holiday.

Add a Dropbox-like feature called "Allow editors to manage membership of this folder".

• Indeed, also, the ability to change ownership to a folder or set of files. If a user is disabled or deleted, the files under personal/local storage end up being orphaned from a management perspective. So, this becomes an important ability, rather than downloading the original files and re-syncing into the system under another user/account.
