Set the default "what to sync" in the desktop client to nothing.

• With the upcoming Filr 2.0 client (merged view) the default will be to sync nothing. Then the user will be able to right click files and folders inside of explorer/finder and choose to make those files available offline.

• Filr 2 which was released yesterday (9th Feb) includes this feature.
