The work e-mail are controlled by e-dir or AD (LDAP). But i want to have a box where the user can fill in his private email (on the profile) and a check box which e-mail to be used in the vibe when the email is sent. Both or one of them.
We have two types of users in our system. Staff, and students who prefer to use their own private e-mail. The house staff will be notified through the working mail but not the students when they use their own e-mail address. The box for the mailbox is locked because of LADP import.

I like the idea that's why I also voted for it.
In the meantime I might have a workaround for you. Create separate LDAP Connectors for staff and students. On the LDAP Connector for students just create a different attribute mapping and map the official address to the second email field. If a student wants to use a private email address he just needs to add it the to the main mail field. HTH. Cheers. Erik
