It would be nice to have a field type (e.g. a confirmation checkbox) that is required and unchecked by default.

Missing in the Form & View Designer for Entry Forms: a (required) Field to mark / check and thereby confirm e.g. terms of use, general terms and conditions, declaration of consent or having reading / taken notice of something

- a checkbox can't be marked as required, because it is either checked or not checked, you can't force a user to check it before saving the entry

- radio buttons can't be marked as required if there's only one option to choose
