Very often we need small modifications or error corrections in articles and dont want that all the subscribed user receive an eMail for that. So an option to suppress this notification would be nice. Our old media wiki has got the option "only small modification" that supressed this notify to the users. Our user are bugged of to much unsignificant notify eMails.
