In Germany and Europe it's quite common to use the calender week number when trying to schedule an appointment with customers, clients, colleagues. You just say: "let's meet between KW 12 and KW 14" or "how does you schedule look like in KW 6?" etc.
Us and our customers use Vibe for project management and having the calender week number displayed would really help.
