The workflow engine and workflow designer in Vibe are great tools once you've found out how to model and implement your use cases. :-)
Unfortunately it is not possible to add attachments when sending out workflow notifications. Since a worflow instance is always running on an entry and an entry can have files attached to it, it would be great to have an option to attach a file when sending out a notification mail.
(Implementation details would need to be discussed of course.)
