There was a Mark All Read button in Vibe 3.x. I suggest enabling it back in Vibe 4.x

Enable Mark All Read in Vibe 4.x

This was added back in vibe 4.0.4 to be able to mark folder content as read or un read from the gear icon on a folder
Correction, We fixed this in Vibe 4.0.3. In 4.0.3 we adn an option on the folder menu (gear icon) ro "Mark Frolder Contents as Read" & Unread.
