We have several customers who have their Employee and management handbooks in Vibe. They put it in as pdf's to hinder editing from employees, but when they do make changes to any of the PDFs and thereby create a new version, latest view are not showing the latest pdf version (and view as html is designwise not good).

We know that when clearing cache it resolves it, but we cannot expect all employees to remember to clear their cache and most will not even know how to do this.
