I frequently look at the latest changes that have been downloaded via the Vibe Desktop Console "Recent activity. If a document interests me, I need to open an explorer, locate the file and open it.
Why not make it possible to open the document directly from the recent activity? Double click on the entry opens the file that has been downloaded. Alternative option would be to have a context menu with some options:
* Open => opens the document
* Show in Explorer (for Windows) => opens and highlights the file in File Explorer
