Micro Focus Vibe: Insert Link to Local attache files.

Within the TinyMCE editor, within an Entry, we would like to be able to use the menu to Insert a link to an attached file. This can be done with images, but would like to just be able to do it with an attached document.
Currently you can do this with a syntax of "{{vibe:file|<filename>|<Link text>}}, but a GUI menu method similar to inserting an image would be preferred.
