Please add the option "Hide from Folder Listing/Edit Column Layout" when creating new elements in "Form / View Designer".
Each year, one of our clients builds a large form with many long captions which makes "Edit Column Layout" barely usable anymore. They just need three of these elements as columns in the folder listing.
An addition could be that this option leads to the element not being displayed in a csv Export.

I would propose a small textual change: "do not allow in folder listing/CSV" would be a tick box on every form data element in the form and view designer.
In the definition XML, this could be added as an attribute to the data element, making it easy to grab/filter out with XPath when reading the definition for CXV-Export or in the folder column config control.
This would greatly enhance data security, since allowing CSV-Export currently gives an option to get all data hidden by a workflow in the current state.
