At the moment you can upload any filetype to the profile picture, but i think, the best practise is to upload only type of picture (MIME type: (image/jpeg)) file.
My suggestion is, we can check what kind of filetype can be uploaded. Only allowed filetype are images. MIME type (image/jpeg), png, bmp, jpg, jpeg, etc..images format as if needed.
Now, you can upload any filetypes like jsp, exe, etc...jpg too and you can also download this file from Vibe.
