Micro Focus Vibe: Vibe Wiki-Pages Update

The last version of Vibe (4.0.4) is still working with old UI for Wiki-Pages. This UI (JSP) is using old applets, they aren't supported by new browsers anymore.
Our customers are using wiki pages and ask us when is planned to update these views to new UI.

We need UI refresh, something like that's done for Filr.
