Micro Focus GroupWise: set columns for users view from administrative levels

It would be really great if we could administratively add (or hide) columns to a users GW view. For example having the Size column show by default to help users be more aware of the size of their messages.

I would also like more admin control over the client view. As stated above and also the ability to control the defaults of Forward and Forward as Attachment. Some of our users become lost in the thread on their mobile devices when using Forward as Attachment.
