1) To have a pointer of how to handle the redirection of the default OES web site to the WebAccess page.
2) What is needed and links to how to implement 3rd party certificates on the supported platforms.

Even if just in the form of a basic overview with links to the applicable platform docs pages. (if you are going to point to a several hundred page document, page pointers are important)
