Something that is really annoying is that the default font face and font size are not applied when composing mails in the client over MAPI. For example: If you work in an Excel sheet and hit Send as Attachment the font and size you set in GW are ignored and the settings from control panel -> internet settings are used (usually times new roman).

On our setup the GW defaults to Arial and 10pt. When sending from Word or Excel etc. it will be Times new Roman 12pt.

I would like to have an option in the settings panel to override that
