Micro Focus GroupWise: Show mailbox name in log on "nnn items indexed" line

When following the POA logs to check on the progress of indexing, sometimes long indexing runs are in progress and we see regular messages like:

14:36:21 EE97 QuickFinder: 580 items indexed

But, there is no indication of what mailbox it's working on.

Suggest:

14:36:21 EE97 QuickFinder: [fid] 580 items indexed
or

14:36:21 EE97 QuickFinder: [gsmith] 580 items indexed

I just experienced an issue where this idea would have been very beneficial. If you are in need of performing an interim QF indexing on a series of users, it would be nice to know at what stage/mailbox you are in during the run.
