After a password change in eDir/LDAP or GroupWise a user has to re-authenticate his GroupWise/GMS email profile on his BlackBerry 10 device. BlackBerry Enterprise Server 12.2 could use SCEP or some other certificate based authentication (user credential profiles in BES12.2) to avoid the need to type in the credentials at the BlackBerry 10 devices. But GroupWise mobility Service does not support certificate based authentication. Please find a way together with Blackberry to get a seamless provisioning without the need of retyping user passwords on the device after a password change at the backend.

• This is a general problem under GroupWise for (managed) mobile devices. GMS is not able to authenticate with certificate as for example Exchange is able to.
