All day events can not be reschedule in WebAccess calendar

When the sender attempt to reschedule an "All Day Event" the appointment displays the restriction chart and is not possible to change the dates.

STD:

1.-Log into WebAccess
2.-Select Calendar tab
3.-Create a new "All Day Appointment"
4.-Send it
5.-Click over the appointment and drag it to another day

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The appointment can not be reschedule when dragging it to another day.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The appointment should be able to reschedule

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
1.-The regular appointments can be reschedule with dragging
2.-The All Day Appointment can be reschedule only when resend it and retracting the original item but not dragging it
3.-In GgClient the appointment can be reschedule when dragging it to another day
