another idea: For standard tasks I would like to distribute rules to all employees. This could provide a function to export / import of rules in the gw-client. Possibly as an xml-file
This is an existing feature for Mailbox Managment. In 18.2 this will be integrated into GroupWise Admin and available when you have Mailbox Management or Enterprise Messaging. The full functionality will likely come over a couple of release. First is to create templates and apply them to users with variables.
This is available in the GroupWise Admin with the 18.2 release on 10/31/2019. It requires Mailbox Management or Enterprise Messaging.
