This should be centrally configurable. We don't use the LDAP address book. Because it appears in the list of available books anyway, all it does for us is to serve as a source of confusion.

If we could put in a checkbox in GW Admin Console to "enable LDAP addressing", this would mean that by DEFAULT, the LDAP book doesn't appear but it can be purposely switched on for those who do use it.
