Micro Focus GroupWise: Remove dependence on WMS/MAPI.

There is zero reason to keep this old relic around. Even the WMS.EXE that ships with the client is an unsupported Microsoft app. Novell managed just fine with their cross platform client, I do not see why we need to keep this in the Windows client. Please, deliver us from MAPI.

GroupWise 18 does not have a MAPI dependence like previous versions. It does still support Simple MAPI for application integrations. GroupWise 18 is set to be shipped the week of Dec 11.
