Allow messenger users to take over other users screens with permission as part of a chat session. Great for remote support, collaboration etc. Some other enterprise chat clients offer this.

Think it would be great if this could be integrated with ZCM remote control. From ZCM 11.4 on the Remote Control agent is separated from the ZCMagent, allowing remote control even case the ZCMagent gets broken. From a Messenges perspective the Remote Control could be optionally installed with the Messenger Client case a ZCMagent is not installed on a device (for a customers that has no ZCM or if a device is unmanaged).
We leverage remote control a lot so our workers which are working in different sites can help each other. Today we need a 3th party solution for this and we would like a more easy and quick solution which is more user friendly. Leveraging chat the employee can quickly poll a co-worker and start a session if needed.
