It will be fine to have the System Address Book in the Contact folder of the Win Client (like in Web access), it's a good way to have directly the contact picture

I think the System Address Book (SAB) feature set should be merged with the GroupWise main client's Contacts Folder feature set. i.e. The SAB does not have a View showing the picture of the user in the list box to the right.
A complete overhaul of the SAB / PAB and Contacts Folder is in order.
