Specifically for mobility-agent.log and groupwise-agent.log. Trying to determine events through the logs is very difficult. A log parser that would output log in a user-readable format would be nice. For example: "Message sent to userA device at [time] successfully". OR [Message deleted from device, deletion sync back to GW failed."

This would be useful when trying to investigate the inevitable "I received a message in GW but it never appeared on my iphone" type of support calls.
